At ZIIBAAH, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change. To maintain efficiency and fairness across our production and fulfilment process, the following terms apply: 

• Cancellation Window:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible. 

• Custom and Personalised Order:

Custom, made-to-measure, or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This includes garments altered to specific measurements or designs requested by the customer. 

• Sale Items and Alterations:

Orders for sale or discounted items and those altered at the customer’s request are final and non-cancellable. 

• How to Cancel:

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please email clientservices@ziibaah.com quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm receipt and eligibility before processing.
