After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Custom and Personalised Order:<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Custom, made-to-measure, or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This includes garments altered to specific measurements or designs requested by the customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sale Items and Alterations:<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders for<\/span><b> sale or discounted items<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and those <\/span><b>altered at the customer\u2019s request<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are <\/span><b>final<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and non-cancellable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>How to Cancel:<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please email <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">clientservices@ziibaah.com<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.
